IconATG currently has openings countrywide for Agile / Team Foundation Server Coaches with strong Technology and Process Improvement experience. Our Senior Consultants live where they want, and travel near 100% of the time to our assignments with our Fortune 500 clients.
An IconATG Senior Consultant must have:
- In-depth knowledge of the Agile Practices and IT processes (RUP, CMMI, etc.) with 3 plus years specific experience in process mentoring and process improvement
- 10 plus years IT experience primarily as a team lead, project manager, business analyst, or methodologist
- Experience mentoring teams in such areas as Modeling, User Stories, Test First Design, Iterative Project Management, Unit Test, and Continuous Integration
- Experience tailoring software methodologies and practices to specific company and project needs
- Experience on large (30 plus person) as well as smaller teams
- ScrumMaster certification preferred
- Strong experience with Microsoft TFS 2005 and/or 2008 required, and experience deploying SDLC process on the MS Toolset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel full time
