An IconATG Senior RUP Consultant role requires:
- In-depth knowledge and experience with IT processes (RUP, CMMI, etc.) with 5 plus years specific experience in process mentoring and process improvement
- 10 plus years IT experience primarily as an project manager, business analyst, or methodologist
- Experience mentoring teams in Facilitation, Use Cases, Modeling, User Stories, Test First
- Design, Iterative Project Management, and Software Process
- Experience tailoring software methodologies to specific company and project needs
- Experience on large (30 plus person) and small teams
- ScrumMaster certification strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience developing and delivering formal courseware in SDLC topics
- Must be willing to travel full time
