An IconATG Senior Project Manager position requires:
- 10 plus years IT experience primarily as a project manager, business analyst, or methodologist
- In-depth knowledge of the Rational Unified Process methodology across all phases and disciplines with emphasis on inception and elaboration with 5 plus years specific RUP experience
- Experience mentoring teams in Facilitation, Use Cases, OO Modeling (UML), Iterative Project Management, and Software Process
- Experience tailoring software methodologies to specific company and project needs
- Experience on large (30 plus person) teams
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience developing and delivering formal courseware in UML, RUP and related topics
- Willingness to travel full-time
