Nationwide positions for Agile and Scrum coaches. Coach and teach project teams on the use of our client's customized methodology, business modeling, related tools, and the UML. The coach is responsible for providing guidance and actively participating in project teams and developing strategies to ensure compliance with the adapted IS Agile / Scrum methodology at the appropriate level for their projects.

IconATG coaches actively participate in the client's Agile / Scrum Deployment Program by helping to define and adopt best practices, business modeling, business rules, artifact templates, and processes, enhancing training materials, and helping to develop or refine baselines. Coaches will be instrumental in developing competent practitioners, as well as developing future coaches.

In your key role, you will:

• Spearhead the implementation of Agile / Scrum across the IS organization.
• Coach Business / Technical Analysis and Project Management practitioners on Scrum and Agile techniques.
