IconATG currently has multiple openings nationwide for Senior Use Case Analysts with Rational Unified Process (RUP) experience. Our Senior Consultants live where they want, and travel up to 100% to our assignments with our Fortune 500 clients.
An IconATG Senior Analyst must have:
- In-depth knowledge of the Rational Unified Process methodology across all phases and disciplines with emphasis on inception and elaboration with 4 plus years specific RUP experience
- 7 plus years IT experience primarily as an analyst, project manager, or architect
- Experience mentoring teams in Facilitation, Use Cases, OO Modeling, or Iterative Project Management
- Experience tailoring software methodologies to specific company and project needs
- Experience on large (30 plus person) teams
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience developing and delivering formal courseware in UML and related topics
- Willingness to travel full-time
