Purpose
The Competitive Analysis has three major purposes:
- Forecast competitors' future offline and online strategies
- Predict competitors' reactions to this organization's strategic initiatives
- Determine how competitors' behavior can be influenced in order to make it more favorable
Audience
The Role: Business Strategist uses the Competitive Analysis to find business opportunities. Other roles, including the Role: Acquisition Marketing Strategist, use this information to better understand the competitive environment.
