Purpose

Business Use Case Realizations show the details of how business processes are actually performed. The structure of the Business Use Case Realizations follows the flows in the Business Use Cases. These realization diagrams answer the question of who does what inside the organization. They can be used to model new processes or to improve existing ones.

Audience

The following roles use the Business Use Case Realizations:

• The Role: Business Process Analyst uses Business Use Case Realizations to improve, re-engineer, or clarify business processes.
• The Role: Requirements Analyst uses them as input to defining requirements.
• The Role: Usability Specialist may use Business Use Case Realizations as an aid in task analysis.
