Description

Business Designers plan the organization by deciding which organizational units should be responsible for specific tasks and defining how people in the different organizational units interact. People fulfilling this role are skilled in refining role definitions and identifying significant business entities and their relationships. In projects with significant organizational change, this role assists in overcoming resistance to change.
