Role: Stakeholder
Anyone affected by or significantly interested in the outcome of a project or a specific aspect of the project is a Stakeholder. Customers, users, business owners, and other team members may all be considered Stakeholders.

Description
Stakeholders contribute to the project in many ways including funding, suggesting requirements, using and providing feedback on artifacts, and using the resulting system or website. The degree of Stakeholder involvement varies by project, but generally, more involvement produces better results.
