Purpose

To illustrate the key experiences users will have. The Role: Creative Concept Director leads the team in defining these critical experiences which target specific user groups and support the project's overall objectives. Other key experiences may address the most complex or important interactions. Exploring and defining these experiences allows the team to consider the impact of the creative approach on the larger application or website, especially its affect on information architecture, content, and functionality.
