Description

To develop the Content Inventory this role gathers, organizes, and assesses existing content as well as identifying new content needs and potential sources. The Content Inventory structure will be influenced by the results of the enterprise analysis and other business strategy initiatives.

The Content Manager partners with the Role: Software Architect to integrate a content management system, should one exist, into the content development process. The Content Manager mentors the project team in the use of the content management system and provides supporting documentation, such as training materials, if necessary. Content delivery is the responsibility of the Content Manager, while ensuring consistent quality of content is the responsibility of the Role: Content Editor.
