Description

A project may have several SMEs, depending on its scope and complexity. People fulfilling this role may also play the role of End User.

Ideally, SMEs will envision new business processes and applications that behave differently from existing ones. SMEs participate in business modeling and requirements definition activities. Each SME should be willing to provide input to and make decisions about detailed requirements.
