Purpose
The Role: User Researcher uses proven human-computer interaction, user-centered design, and market research techniques to understand potential users and their needs. By analyzing this research, the team understands the context in which the application or website will be used. The User Research Report informs the creation of Artifact: Actor Catalog, Artifact: Use Cases, Artifact: Wireframes, Artifact: Creative Concept, and Artifact: Usability Test Report among others.
