Description
This role reviews the business strategy, user research, and creative approach as they become available. Using this information and his or her language, rhetoric, and communication skills, the Content Editor works with the Role: Content Manager to assess existing content.
The Content Editor develops the Artifact: Content Development Guide and then ensures consistency and fidelity of tone and voice by astutely editing the material. If the project requires writing new feature-level content or instructional copy, the Content Editor may write it or work with other authors to complete the tasks.
