Borland's Open ALM approach recognizes customers' desire to define, manage and measure their software delivery processes based on their own unique needs. Open ALM promotes flexibility and customer choice, including the use of any process (whether waterfall, Agile, RUP or custom), any tools (commercial, open-source, or internally developed), while being platform agnostic (most organizations are deploying applications into a heterogeneous environment). No other tool vendor's approach is as flexible and comprehensive as Borland's.
